Bathroom photos for Amadi

First off, I recommend not creating a sink out of something like stone or concrete like this first photo - sure, it looks great, but any heat in hot water dissipates really quickly. I like to be able to rinse washcloths in warm/hot water when washing my face, and I know some men who like to have a basin of hot water for shaving.

The main purpose is to show the tiling effect, which I quite like. It's done in vertical strips in several places in the bathroom - generally highlighting faucets or just providing a centre/focal point.

Note, the only storage space in this bathroom is the white shelving unit, so vinegar & plunger live on the floor in the dead space under the funky rock sink.

Each of the three walls in the shower has a vertical panel of the broken tile chunks - not the easiest to clean, because my landlord is a lazy cheapskate & put them in all wonky, but a spray with diluted white vinegar & a scrub with a chunky brush does it.

Two showerheads, what luxury! Uh, no. The water pressure can't handle it if you run both at the same time, and it's a smallish space, so that much spray is a bit overwhelming. On the upside, there's double the number of shower spray modes to choose, because each head is different. Also, no shelves, just two soap dishes attached to the shower heads, so I had to put in a hanging rack to hold shampoo etc.

Little windows with rippled glass tiles - they don't provide much light into the shower, but they're a nice place for tealight candles for having a bath. And yes, I store the laundry rack in the bath, because the main theme of this house is "not enough storage space".
